Coastline Resources Text Messaging Terms of Use

Effective Date: December 18, 2025

By opting in to or using a text message service (the “Text Message Service”) from Coastline Resources, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use.

This agreement is between you and Coastline Resources or one of its affiliates. References to “Coastline Resources,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Coastline Resources, 11811 North Fwy., Suite 190, Houston, TX 77060.

Definitions

Opting In / Opt-In

Refers to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

Text Message Service

Includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor technologies.

Consenting to Text Messaging

By consenting to receive text messages from Coastline Resources, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

E‑Sign Disclosure

By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of an electronic record by replying STOP to any text message.

Coastline Resources Text Message Service Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through the Text Message Service solely to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in delivering mobile messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may disclose information when required to comply with law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies only to your use of the Text Message Service and does not modify our general Privacy Policy, which governs our relationship with you in other contexts.

Costs of Text Messages

Coastline Resources does not charge for messages sent or received through the Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.

Frequency of Text Messages

This Text Message Service is intended for conversational, person‑to‑person communication between you and our employees. We may send an initial message confirming your participation. Thereafter, message frequency will vary depending on your interactions and requests (such as sending HELP).

Opting Out of Text Messages

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.

As this is a person‑to‑person communication service, opt‑out requests apply only to the specific conversation and phone number used. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message.
